Kevin and Maureen Leonard founded Interior Details in 2005 and have been providing their clients with top‑quality window treatments and an exceptional customer service experience ever since. They continue to be involved in day‑to‑day operations, and now their grown children work in the business as well. When you work with us, you get the family treatment.

Maureen Leonard

Owner & Sales Director

Maureen founded Interior Details along with her husband, Kevin, in 2005. She focuses on the front end of the business and leads the sales team of window treatment specialists. Working directly with clients and staying hands‑on, Maureen ensures each customer receives the perfect window treatment for their project.

Kevin Leonard

Owner & Installation Director

Kevin founded Interior Details with his wife, Maureen, in 2005. He leads the installation team, ensuring clients benefit from his nearly two decades of experience. Kevin was raised in an entrepreneurial family and is now passing that spirit on to his children, who also work in the business. In his downtime, he enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, and gaming with his kids.

Greg Leonard

Motorization Specialist

Greg specializes in helping clients identify their window treatment needs and matching them with the right solutions. He focuses on Hunter Douglas products and motorization, helping integrate advanced technology into homes for added convenience and comfort. Greg worked in tech and gaming before joining the family business. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming and skiing.

Lizzy Leonard

Design Consultant

Lizzy may be the youngest Leonard in the business, but she has a strong understanding of the form and function of window treatments—something that comes naturally from growing up in the industry. She enjoys working with clients on design ideas and brings an approachable attitude and strong work ethic to every project.

Kaitlin Brophy

Business Development Director

Kaitlin focuses on improving processes and increasing efficiency to provide clients with the best possible experience from start to finish. A people‑focused professional, she enjoys building relationships with vendors and the design community. Outside of work, she spends time with her family, often on the beach or the slopes.

Derick Pratt

Installer

Derick enjoys working with clients and explaining how their window treatments function. His attention to detail ensures every installation is completed neatly and accurately. In his free time, he enjoys trying different takeout spots, gaming, and snowboarding.

Tom Leonard

Installation Specialist

Tom thrives on solving problems and handling complex installations. No project is too large or challenging for him. He holds a degree in construction management and serves as a Captain in the Marine Corps Reserves, specializing in logistics. Outside of work, he enjoys home renovation projects and playing guitar and drums.

Mackenzie Galvin

Design Consultant

Mackenzie Galvin helps clients bring comfort, style, and functionality to their homes through custom window treatments and interior solutions. With a detail‑oriented approach, she works closely with each client to create personalized spaces.
